A versatile and exceptionally talented singer/guitarist with decades of experience.  As a veteran ski-season performer, Peter gained a wealth of experience performing high energy shows nightly in the Alps, and returning to the UK for summer touring,  private bookings, and corporate events.

For the past six years, Peter has been the resident musician at two 5* hotels, 

performing weekly for high-end and corporate clients, while keeping connected to the high energy and fun of local pub gigs across the country.

As a singer-songwriter, Peter released his debut album Our Kingdom of Summer in 2021, with the first single reaching No. 8 on the UK iTunes Singer/Songwriter  charts. He has performed his original songs at festivals including Latitude, Secret Garden Party, and Wilderness, and has supported artists such as Matt Cardle, Bastille, Turin Brakes, Jamie Lawson, Kal Lavelle, Scott Matthews, and Tom  McRae.

As our "resident" host of Mic on the Terrace, Charlie has become a fixture of the weekend—but don't let his supportive hosting fool you; when he picks up the guitar for his own set, the energy goes through the roof.

Those who were at the very first Woodbridge Beer Festival still talk about Charlie’s performance. With a foot-stomping rhythm and a wall of sound so huge, you’d have sworn he had an entire band hidden behind him. Charlie doesn’t just "play a set"—he leads the charge, getting the entire crowd on their feet, singing at the top of their lungs, and dancing like nobody's watching.

Born and bred in Suffolk, Charlie is a master of folk-soul and ragtime fingerstyle guitar. His voice—a rich baritone tenor often compared to John Lennon—shifts effortlessly from a Jeff Buckley-esque falsetto to a gritty, soulful rasp. His professional pedigree is world-class, having shared stages with the likes of Ed Sheeran, Frank Turner, and Turin Brakes.
